Raising a family and balancing a life with a husband and soul-mate can be difficult, which is why I turn to online shopping and websites like Amazon and Ebay to help keep some fun in my life. I am the happy mother to two young kids, and my husband is supportive but seems less engaged in our relationship lately. This is why I like to turn to online shopping as an outlet and as a means to engage in online shopping and buy little presents for myself that help to cheer myself up.

Using Amazon helps me browse through everything from purses and shoes to entertainment like DVDs and CDs that I can listen to. I also enjoy getting a gift or two in the mail, as it gives me something to look forward to and something to anticipate. I really do wish I could find ways to make a stronger connection with my husband, and I wish that online shopping could be a way that we both shop for each other and buy each other presents. The only time he shops for me nowadays is on my birthday and around the holidays; he has not bought me an anniversary present in at least three anniversaries, and I am not sure if I am receiving a gift this year.
