Beneficial California Sexual Harassment Training

There are three ways the supervisors can receive this training. These ways are on-site, online or webinar, and e-learning training. On-site and webinar training must last at least 2 hours. E-learning training also must not be less than 2 hours.

Online training can be received easily by supervisors. All they need is a computer with an Internet connection or access. They do not have to take the training at any specific time or location. There is no need to hire a trainer either.

California sexual harassment training will be beneficial for all the employers who are required to provide their supervisors this training. The training will create awareness in the employees to keep work environments free from sexual harassment and discrimination. The morale of the employees will remain high if they are educated by the supervisors about sexual harassment and discrimination. The productivity of the concerned companies can increase since employees will feel more comfortable working in a nice atmosphere.

State law of California, USA requires employers in the state to provide their employees in supervisory positions with at least two hours of California sexual harassment training. All supervisors or people in to supervisory positions must receive this training within six months of hire or promotion, and then at least once in every two years. Every employer with 50 or more employees and contractors will be required to provide their supervisors this training. According to the regulations, the module or content of the sexual training programs must be designed, created and taught by a professional trainer. All the trainers are professionally qualified and have in-depth knowledge and expertise on training format and modules or content.

This training will enable supervisors to promote harmony and respect among employees and discourage all types of sexual harassment and discriminatory behaviors in workplaces.
